There are a number of reasons why an inmate may want to file an administrative remedy. These include protesting unfair treatment, staff decisions or conditions affecting them in prison. The Bureau of Prisons allows administrative remedies to be filed to help resolve these disputes.
We will help research your concerns and grievances and help you determine if an administrative remedy is appropriate. If so, we will handle all policy research and drafting of the administrative remedy, which will be given to you for filing at the appropriate level. Administrative remedies are used in a number of circumstances, for example to appeal health care denials, adverse disciplinary findings, improper security point calculations, and to dispute misconduct or virtually any denial of anything by prison officials.
